Internet or Fax Order :
When any interesting units are found , Please submit an inquiry or complate an order form so
that our sale's department will reply you by e-mail or Fax within 24hours. a.. Ensure that your
contact details are correct (your contact details will be used on the shipping documents)
Payment :
Proforma invoice will be submitted to you either by e-mail or fax upon receipt of your order form.
The easiest and fastest method of payment is by Telegraphic Transfer through your bankers.
After making payment, Please send a copy of the bank receipt with the invoice by fax or e-mail.
Make sure to advise the stock number in the message section of the remittance for easy reconciliation.

Upon receipt of your payment, Autorec will arrange quicker shipment of vehicles up to your
destination ports
Prepare the vehicle should be in good working with clean condition for export
Arranging Japanese customs clearance and prompt shipment onto next available vessels.
Shipping confirmation details to you by e-mail or Fax When the vessel has left our port, we will then produce the shipping
documents and send them via courier to the address supplied on the original order form or any other address you have requested.
Fun to Driving :
Upon receipt of your shipping documents, Please contact a local clearing agent to arrange collection
of your vehicle. You can also nominate a clearing agent prior to shipment , so that shipping documents
can be sent direct to the clearing agent. If you have no idea about any reliable clearing agents at
your port , we will thenn introduce one of reliable clearing agents there at the ports.
Please note: Any clearance charges and customs duties will have to be paid, on arrival of the vehicle
at your side. We are unable to do this from Japan.
