Q1. How do i find a vehicle ?
A1. You can chose your vehicle from our extensive lists of over 1000 vehicles. Our vehicle catalogs and price list are available on our Member's site at http://www.autorec.co.jp to view all our stocked vehicles, please enter the following Member's regiRegistration and submit a Form to us, so that our professional sales staff will send you Member's LOG IN USER NAME and PASSWARD on reply mail. Once you have received User name & passwords, you can go enter Member's list through by our Main page http://www.autorec.co.jp.


Furthermore , you can chose a vehicle from selected vehicle's offered page by clicking these following Banners. * Clearance Sale, Kenya sale, New Zealand, Canadian .. etc

Selected Prices list, all vehicle's list will be faxed or e-mailed to you at your request. Our sales staffs and representatives will be more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding the vehicles and its procedures how to import etc. Our stock list are being updated every Monday afternoon in Japanese time.

Q2. How do I find a vehicle not listed in stock list ?
A2. Our car buyer staffs are attending to various Auctions around Chubu area to buy vehicles suitable for your market, so for vehicles not available from our current stock Inventory, we will be able to source the vehicle of your choice, as there are 6 x auctions during the week! So kindly pass us your instruction with specification of the models, year of make, type, essential accessories to be fited any, to our E-mail : sales@autorec.co.jp so that our car buyers can source such vehicles for you.

Q3. How do I have a Price list of all your vehicles ?
A3. Our sales staff will send you Log in user name and Passwords to view all our vehicle's prices list upon receipt of your request. Please click the following " Member Registration " and Kindly submit your Form to us. We will send you Passwords and Long in name shortest possible time ( within 24hours ) Faxed & emailed stock prices list are also available at your request.

Q4. How do I place an order ?
A4. Once you have chosen your vehicle , Please send an Enquiry to us, so that our Sales staff will send you vehicle's information and prices up to your destination port by E-mail or Fax with attached order from. You can fill in the order form and send it back to us either by fax or E-mail with your signature. Upon receipt of order form, we will send you Proforma invoice.

Q5. How do I find my port of discharge ?
A5. Please inform us your country where you will register the vehicle so that our sale's staff will inform you most convenient port of discharge by E-mail.

Q6. What is CIF and FOB ?
A6. CIF stands for Cost, Insurance , Freight. This is Packaged price which covers vehicle cost and Insurance, delivery charge up to the destination port. FOB stands for Free on Board.

Q7. What dose " Final destination " mean ?
A7. Final Destination" means the country where you will register your vehicle

Q8. What is the payment method ?
A : Telegraphic Transfer ( Bank remittance ) - This is the preferred method of payment and it is the quickest, safest way of your payment. It normally take approx 2-5days to receive and process your payment. Autorec's bank details are available here. As soon you have done your payment , Please fax or email your sales staff a copy of your invoice and the bank receipt, and we will send you confirmation.

B :Travelers Cheques - This is slower than Telegraphic Transfer and it can take up to 3-4weeks to process your payment. If paying by this method please sign each cheque twice and send to us via courier with a photocopy of the photo page of your passport. As soon as you have sent courier Please fax or e-mail us the tracking number of your parcel. After funds are cleared in our account we will start the shipping process.

C : Western Union - This is one of method of money transfer. If you wish to pay your vehicle by using Western union money transfer, Please contact your sale's staff before you start arranging it. Western union is only arranged " personal money transfer". Our sales staff will advise you receiver's details upon receipt of your request.

D : Bank Draft - We do not recommend the method of payment as clearance of Draft takes up to 5-6weeks with banker's handling charges, During this period, your vehicle is likely to have been sold.

Q9. Do you accept Credit card's or Letter of Credit payment ?
A9. No. we do not accept these method of payments.

Q11 . How do I have a shipping information of my vehicle ?
A11. As soon as your vehicle has been booked for shipment , Our shipping staffs will advise you shipping details via Fax or e-mail with ETD ( Estimated time of Departure ) and ETA ( Estimated time of arrival ).

Q12. When will I receive my shipping documents ?
A12. Once the vessel carrying your vehicle is departed from our port "Nagoya", we will receive the shipping documents from the shipping company in Japan. Then, all necessary documents will be sent to the address mentioned on your order form or address you request. Pleases ensure inform us postal address and contact numbers prior to shipment.

Q13.How do I track my documets once they have been dispatched ?
A13. We normally send these documents by using TNT express, DHL express, FedEx for faster & safely deliver of your documents on time. Our shipping department will issue a information l direct to you with your tracking number. You can then use this number to track the package on the their website as below,

Q14. What kind of documents will I receive ?
A14. We will send you following documents by courier when the vessel has departed (when B/L is released).
  1. B/L (Bill of Lading)
  2. Export Certification
  3. Invoice
  4. Other required documents in your local custom

Q15. How do I receive a vehicle at the port ?
A15. As soon as you have received all documents through by air courier, you are able to start necessary clearing works at clearing agent at destination port. Our coordinated clearing agents are available at East and Southern African ports. Please ask anything to your Sale's man.

Q16. What type of marine insurance is available ?
A16. Our Insurance is covered All risks " including Theft, Pilferage, damaged,

Q17 : What is your vehicle's condition ?
A17. All vehicles are sourced from Auto Auctions and through franchise dealers & wholesalers in and around the central region of Japan. These vehicles are thoroughly checked by our team of professional buyers mechanic staffs before we stock. All vehicles listed on our list are owned by Autorec Enterprise,ltd. We are not third party agents or broker.

Q18 : What kind of maintenance service do you provide on my vehicle ?
A18. All vehicles are basically sold an "As it is" quality. However, Vehicles are well checked for roadworthiness and arrange necessary vehicle's inspection, cleaning, maintenance service that is called "Semi-recondition works" at our garages prior to shipment. if any malfunctions are found , they are attended to you before being exported.

  • Good running conditions without any problem.
  • Inspecting vehicle's mechanical condition and maintenancve works.
